第一章 机械部分

Chapter I  Mechanics

一、概述 Summary

带式给料(煤)机是一种装在料仓下面很短的带式输送机。在电厂输煤系统中,带式给煤机一般用作煤斗下给煤用。它具有带速低、运动平稳、无噪音、给煤连续均匀、头尾滚筒中心距离小,给煤距离长,出力范围大,维护方便等优点。

       (Coal) belt feeding machine is a very short belt conveyor that is installed under the storage bin. In the coal handling system in electric power plant, belt feeding is often used as coal bunker to supply coals. It has many advantages, such as low speed belt, stable movement, no noise, evenly distributed conveying, short center distance between the head and the end of the drum, long coal conveying distance, large power range, and convenient maintenance.

带式给煤机,是靠带煤与煤间的摩擦作用,将料(煤)给到受料(煤)设备上,带式给料(煤)机的带速不宜过高,否则胶带和煤间易产生相对滑动而影响正常给煤。

(Coal) belt feeding machine sends the material (coal) to the receiving equipment through the abrasion between the belt and the coal. The speed of the (Coal) belt feeding machine shall not be too high, or the relative slip between the belt and the coal may influence the normal feeding.

二、结构原理 Construction principle

带式给料(煤)机的结构是采用皮带输送机的部件组装而成,只是部件的装配方式及计算方法,与带式输送机有所不同。带式给料(煤)机由头部滚筒、尾部滚筒、上托辊、下托辊、滚筒支架、胶带、导煤槽、驱动装置等组成。在皮带上部的料斗出口设有闸门,可调节给煤量的大小。工作面的断面有平型和槽型的两种,一般采用平型断面。为了提高出力,在带式给料(煤)机的全部机长范围内加装固定的侧挡板,做成导煤槽的形式。

The structure of (Coal) belt feeding machine adopts the components of belt conveyer, but the assembling and calculating methods of components are different from those of the belt conveyer. (Coal) belt feeding machine is composed of head drum, stern drum, upper idler, below idler, drum support, rubber belt, guide chute, driving devices, etc. At the hopper outlet that is at the upper part of the belt is the gate, which can adjust the amount of coal flow. The section of the working face has two types, flat and trough. Generally flat section is adopted. In order to increase the power, the form of coal chute is adopted—to add fixed side boards along whole range of the (Coal) belt feeding machine.

带式给煤机带速一般选择0.1m/s0.5m/s。固定侧挡板宽度一般取0.70.8倍带宽,挡板高度一般取0.250.5倍带宽,皮带上托辊间距为250500㎜。当仓口压力大或比重较大时,可用改向滚筒作为上托辊

Generally the belt speed of the (Coal) belt feeding machine shall be between 0.1m/s and 0.5 m/s. As a general rule, the width of fixed side boards shall be 0.7 to 0.8 time as the width of the belt, and the height of the side boards shall be 0.25 to 0.5 time as the width of the belt. The distance between the upper idlers of the belt is 250mm-500mm. When the pressure or density at the inlet or outlet is large, it is practical to change the barrel into upper idler.

带式给料机通常采用水平布置,也可以采用倾斜布置,但因带式给煤机上的煤层较厚,其倾斜角度应比皮带输送带允许的倾斜角度小25

Generally (Coal) belt feeding machine adopts horizontal arrangement, but tilting arrangement is also feasible. Since the coal layer on the coal conveyor is relatively thick, the tilt angle of coal conveyor shall be 2 to 5 less than that allowed for belt feeding achines.

1. 驱动部分Drive part

带式给料机的动力部分,由安装在驱动架上的电机、液力偶合器或联轴器、减速器、制动器)等组成。

       The power section of (Coal) belt feeding machine is composed of motor installed on the driver, fluid coupling (or coupling, decelerator, brake), etc.

2.改向滚筒 Turnabout drum

用于改变输送带的运行方向或增加输送带与传动滚筒间的围包角。

It can change the direction of belt, or increase the surrounding angle between the belt and the transmission drum.

(1)改向滚筒按承载能力分轻型、中型和重型,分档直径分别为50100mm120  180mm200260mm,结构型式与传动滚筒一致。

1According to bearing capacity, turnabout drum can be categorized into three types: light-duty one with 50-100mm diameter, medium-duty one with 120-180mm diameter, and heavy-duty one with 200-260mm diameter. The structural types of these drums are the same to those of transmission drums.

(2)改向滚筒用于改变输送带运行方向。用于180°改向时一般放在尾部或垂直拉紧装置处。90°改向放在垂直拉紧装置的上方。增面滚筒一般用于小于或等于45°的场合。

   2Turnabout drum is to change the direction of transmission belt. Direction change of 180° requires the turnabout drum be placed at the end or at the vertical take-up. Direction change of 90°requires the turnabout drum be placed above the vertical take -up. Surface-adding drum is for the belts the angle of which is 45°or less.

(3)改向滚筒覆面有裸露光钢面和平滑胶面两种。

(3)The cover of turnabout drum has two types, bare steel cover and smooth rubber face.

3.传动滚筒(电动滚筒) Transmission drum (drive drum)

传动滚筒是传递动力的主要部件。本系列传动滚筒根据承载能力分轻型、中型和重型三种。滚筒直径有5006308001000mm。同一种滚筒直径又有几种不同的轴径和中心跨距供设计者选用。

Transmission drum is an important component to transmit power. According to the bearing capacity, this series of transmission drum can be categorized into three types: light duty, medium duty and heavy duty. The drum has the diameter of 500mm, 630mm, 800mm, and 1000mm.One drum diameter has varied diameters of shaft and central spans so that the designers may have choice.

轻型:轴承孔径80l00mm。轴与轮毁为单键联接的单幅板焊接简体结构。单向出轴。

Light duty: bearing bore diameter of 80-100mmSingle plate welding construction is adopted-- use single key coupling to join the shaft and the wheel. Unidirectional output shaft.

中型:轴承孔径120180mm。轴与轮毅为胀套联接。

Medium duty: bearing bore diameter of 120-180mmUse expansion sleeve to connect the shaft and the wheel.

重型:轴承孔径200220mm。轴与轮毅为胀套联接,简体为铸焊结构。有单向出轴和双向出轴两种。

      Heavy duty: bearing bore diameter of 200-220mm. Use expansion sleeve to connect the shaft and the wheel. Cast-weld construction is adopted. There are two kinds of shafts, unidirectional output shaft and bilateral output shaft.

传动滚筒表面有裸露光钢面,人字形和菱形花纹橡胶覆面。小功率、小带宽及环境干燥时可采用裸露光钢面滚筒。人字形花纹胶面摩擦系数大,防滑性和排水性好,但有方向性。菱形胶面用于双向运行的输送机。用于重要场合的滚筒,最好采用琉比橡胶覆面。用于阻燃,隔爆条件,应采取相应的措施。

On the surface of the transmission drum are bare steel and rubber cover with shevron and diamond pattern. Drum with bare steel surface can be used with low power, small belt width and dry environment. Rubber with shevron pattern has greater friction factor, and better non-skid and drainage property, but it has directional property. Rubber face with diamond pattern can be used in bilateral conveyer. It is better to use drums with vitrification rubber face in important positions. Necessary measures shall be adopted for flame resistance and explosion proof.

电动滚筒是将电机、减速齿轮装入滚筒内部的传动滚筒。固其结构紧凑,外形尺寸小,适于短距离及较小功率的单机驱动带式输送机。功率范围2.255kW,用于环境温度不超过40的场合。本系列为通用型,凡有隔爆、阻燃等特殊要求时,应另行选配。

Drive drum is a transmission drum that installs motor and reduction gear into the drum. Its compact structure and small size answer the purpose of single motor driving belt conveyer that is for short distance and has low power. The power range is between 2.2kW and 55kW, and this drum is for the place, the environment temperature of which is 40 or below. This series is of universal type, but cannot conduct explosion and flame proof.

5.托辊 Idler

托辊是用于支承输送带及输送带上所承载的物料,保证输送带稳定运行的装置。

Idler is the device supporting the belt and the materials on the belt, so that the belt can steadily operate.

托辊种类Types of the idler

a.槽形托辊:用于承载分支输送散状物料。

a. Trough idler: It is used to support the weight of bulk material conveyed by branch.

b.平形托辊:平形上托辊用于承载分支输送成件物品,平形下托辊用于回程分支支撑输送带。

b. flat idler: Upper flat idler enables the branch to convey goods, and below flat idler supports the conveyer belt of return branch.

c.调心托辊:用于调整输送带跑偏,防止蛇行,保证输送带稳定运行;前倾式槽形托辊也起调心、对中作用。

c. centring idler: It adjusts the conveyer belt, and prevents the belt from off tracking or snaking, so as to enable smooth operation of the conveyer belt. The forward-leaning trough idler also has centring function.

d.缓冲托辊:安装在输送机受料段的下方,减小输送带所受的冲击,延长输送带使用寿命。

d. Absorber idler: It is installed below the receive section, so as to reduce the impact brought to the conveyer belt, and to prolong the operating life of the conveyer belt.

e.回程托辊:用于下分支支撑输送带;有平形、V形、反V形几种,V形与反V形辊能降低输送带跑偏的可能性,当V形和反V形两种型式配套使用,形成菱形断面,能更有效地防止输送带跑偏。应注意,反V形托辊只能在输送机头、尾部的一、两组下托辊位置上与V形成对安装。

e. Return idler: It supports the conveyer belt of lower branch, and has several types, flat, V shape, and reversed V shape.  The latter two types can reduce the possibility that conveyer belt deviates. When combining the V-shape idler and reversed V-shape idler, diamond form appears, and thus can effectively prevent the conveyer belt from deviation. Note: Reversed V-shape idler is only to be installed in the one or two positions of below idler at the head and end of the conveyer, and shall be in pair with V-shape idler.

此外,还有梳形托辊和螺旋托辊,能清除输送带上的粘料,保持带面清洁。

There are also comb idler and helical idler, which can remove the binder on conveyer belt and keep the belt surface clean.

f.过渡托辊:安装在滚筒与第一组托辊之间,可使输送带逐步成槽形或由槽形展平,以降低输送带边缘因成槽延伸而产生的附加应力,同时也防止输送带展平时出现撒料现象。

    f. Transition idler: It is installed between the drum and the first set of idler, and can gradually turn the conveyer into trough shape, or expand the conveyer from trough shape, so as to reduce the additional stress generated from the expansion of trough at the edge of conveyer belt, and to avoid material leakage when the conveyer belt expands.

6.头部护罩漏斗 Head mask hopper

头部护罩漏斗用于导料、控制料流方向的装置。也可起防尘作用。

Head mask hopper is a device guiding the feed, and controlling the direction of the material. It also has the function of dust shield.

本系列护罩漏斗有普通型和调节挡板(3)型两种。其中普通型又可分为不带衬板(1)和带衬板(2)两种。

This series of mask hopper has two categories, general type and damper (type III).General type also has mask hopper with lining board and that without lining board.

带速范围:<2.5ms(1)3.15ms(2),调节挡板式带速范围1.65ms2型漏斗在水平运输时可达4ms

Belt speed range: <2.5m/s (type I), 3.15m/s (type II)Belt speed for mask hopper of damper type: 1.6-5m/sThe belt speed of type-II hopper can reach 4m/s when conducting horizontal transportation.

头部护罩漏斗选时,设计者还应根据输送机之间的搭接高度设计头部护罩与导料槽之间的联接段。

According to the overlap height between the conveyer belts, the designer shall also design section for connecting head mask and guide chute.

7.清扫器 Cleanser

清扫器用于清扫输送带上粘附的物料。有头部及空段清扫器两种。

Cleanser is for cleaning the materials adhered to the conveyer belt. It has two categories, head and nonloaded cleansers.

(1)头部清扫器为重锤刮板式结构,装于卸料滚筒处,清扫输送带工作面上的粘料。

(1) Head cleanser has the scraper structure of heavy breaker, and installed at the discharge roll, so as to clean the binder on the working surface of conveyer belt.

(2)空段清扫器装在尾部滚筒前下分支输送带的非工作面,或垂直重锤拉紧装置进入边的改向滚筒处,用以清扫输送带非工作面的物料。

   (2) Nonloaded cleanser is installed on the non-working surface of the lower-branch conveyer belt that is in front of the stern drum, or at the turnabout drum that is at the entrance to the vertical heavy breaker take-up, so as to clean the material on non-working surface of conveyer belt.

(3)当输送带粘料严重时,可选用其他型式如硬质合金刮板清扫器、含金橡胶清扫器。

(3) When the conveyer belt sticks quite many materials, it is possible to use other types of cleansers, such as hard alloy scraping cleanser, and gold-bearing rubber cleanser.

8.支架 Support

支架是支承滚筒及承受输送带张力的装置。本系列支架采用了结构紧凑、刚性好、强度高的整体机架。可满足带宽5001400mm、倾角0°~18°、围包角190°~210°多种型式的典型布置。并能与漏斗配套使用。

    Support is the device to support drum and to bear the conveyer belt tension. This series of support adopts the unit frame that has compact structure, good rigidity and high strength. It can meet the requirements for many types of typical layout, such as 500-1400mm belt width, dip angle of 0°-18°, and surrounding angle of 190°-210°. It can also be paired with hopper.

9.导料槽 Guide chute

导料槽可使从漏斗落下的物料在达到带速之前集中到输送带的中部。导料槽的底边宽为2/31/2带宽。 导料槽由前、中、后三段组成,中段数量可根据需要任意增加。导料槽的长度应按落料速度与输送带稳定运行速度之差来选取。导料槽的截面结构可分矩形和喇叭形两种。

    Guide chute can direct the materials, which are dropped from the hopper, toward the middle of conveyer belt, before their speed increased to that of the belt. The width of the bottom of guide chute is 1/2 to 2/3 as that of the belt. Guide chute is composed of fore, center and end sections. The numbers of guide chute can be increased accordingly. It is necessary to choose the length of guide chute according to the difference between the blanking speed and the stable operation speed of conveyer belt. The section structure of guide chute has two types, rectangular and trumpet shape.

10.拉紧装置 Take-up

(1)使输送带具有足够的张力,保证输送带和传动滚筒问产生摩擦力使输送带不打滑,并限制输送带在各托辊间的垂度,使输送机正常运行。

(1) It brings sufficient tension to conveyer belt, and enables the generation of friction between the conveyer belt and the transmission drum, so that the conveyer belt will not slip. It also restrains the sag of conveyer belt among each idler, so that the conveyer belt can normally operate.

(2)本系列拉紧装置为螺旋式。拉紧装置应尽可能布置在输送带张力最小的位置上,并尽量靠近传动滚筒以便于维修。在确定拉紧力时,除考虑正常运行外,还应考虑起()动及空载空车工况。

(2) This series of take-up is of screw type. It is suggested to place the take-up on the position, where the conveyer belt tension is the smallest and the distance toward transmission drum is the shortest, for convenient maintenance. The setting of tension force has to consider the normal operation condition, starting condition, no-load and unloaded condition.

(3)螺旋拉紧装置适用于长度较短(小于100m),对功率较小的输送机,可按机长的1%~1.5%选取拉紧行程。螺旋拉紧行程有5008001000mm三种。

(3) The screw take-up can suit the conveyer with shorter length (less than 100m), and lower power. The take-up stroke distance is set based on 1%-1.5% of the length of the conveyer. The screw take-up stroke distance varies in three distances, 500mm, 800mm and 1000mm.

三、带式给料(煤)机安装 Installation of (Coal) belt feeding machine

安装前,必须先清除带式给料(煤)机在运输、搬运过程中混入的杂物、清点零部件及标准件,复测上道工序与安装相关尺寸。

       Before installation, it is necessary to remove the dopant, mixed in during transportation or handling, from the (Coal) belt feeding machine, to check the spare and standard parts, and to repeat the measurement on last working procedure, and that on related installation size.

参见总装图进行安装。

       Install according to general assembly drawing.

安装要求:

Installation Requirements:

1.构架安装 Structural installation

a.每节构架中心与设计中心误差不大于1mm

a. The error between frame center of each section and the designed center shall be 1mm or less.

b.标高误差不大于±10mm

b. Error in elevation shall be ±10mm or less.

c.横向不平度不大于3mm

c. The horizontal roughness shall be 3mm or less.

d.纵向起伏不平度不大于10mm

d. Vertical roughness of fluctuation shall be 10mm or less.

2.滚筒的安装 Installation of drums

a.轴线必须与胶带相垂直;

a. The shaft axis shall be at right angles to the rubber belt.

b.纵、横向位置误差不大于5mm

b. The error in vertical and horizontal position shall be 5mm or less.

c.不水平度不大于0.5mm

c. The horizontal roughness shall be 0.5mm or less.

d.标高误差不大于±10mm.

d. Error in elevation shall be ±10mm or less.

3.拉紧装置安装 Installation of take-up device

a.尾部拉紧装置应工作灵活,滑动面及7丝杠均应平直并涂油保护;

a. The take-up device at the end shall be flexible. The slide surface and lead screw shall be straight and anointed for protection.

b.垂直拉紧装置的滑道应平行,升降应顺利灵活;

b. The slide way for vertical take-up device shall be horizontal, and flexible in lifting.

c.配重块安放应牢靠,配重量一般按设计量的2/3装设,上煤时若有打滑现象再行增加;

c. The counter weight block shall be set stably. Generally the weight is 2/3 of the designed one, and can be added when coaling makes the belt slip.

d.对于等功率双区动胶带机的配重量应使两台电动机的电流值基本一致;

d. The weight set for double driving belt conveyer of the same power shall ensure that the current values of two motors are almost the same.

e.应按设计装设安全围栏。

e. It is necessary to fix safety fencing with the design.

4.托辊安装 Installation of idler

a.托辊支架应与构架连接牢固,螺栓应在长孔中间并应有方斜垫;

a. The idler support shall be firmly connected with the frame. The screw shall be placed in the slot hole, and shall have square taper washer.

b.相邻的托辊高低差不大于2mm

b. The difference in the height of neighboring idlers shall be 2mm or less.

c.托辊轴应牢固地嵌入支架槽内;

c. Firmly embed the idler shaft in the channel for support.

5.落煤管和导煤槽安装 Installation of coal chute and guide chute

a.管壁应平整光滑,其重量不应压在导煤槽上;

a. The pipe wall shall be smooth, and its weight shall not be borne by the guide chute.

b.煤闸门应严密,应有开关标志,操作应灵活方便;

b. Coal gate shall have mark of switch. It should be tight, and be flexible and convenient in operation.

c.导煤槽与胶带应平行,中心吻合,密封处接触均匀。

c. The guide chute shall be parallel to the rubber belt, and the center of them shall coincide. The sealed place shall have uniform contact.

四、带式给料(煤)机调整 Adjustment of (Coal) belt feeding machine

安装结束后,为了防止带式给料(煤)机跑偏应对各滚筒及托辊组进行调整,达到最佳状态。

       After installation, adjustment shall be conducted to each drum and idler unit, so as to prevent (Coal) belt feeding machine from deviating, and to enable it in the pink of condition.

驱动装置减速机中心高度与滚筒中心轴线高相差可借助垫片来调整驱动装置。

       It is suggested to use gaskets to adjust the drive device, so as to eliminate the difference between the center height of drive device redactor and the height of drum central axis.

为了使输送带具有一定的张力,保证输送带和传动滚筒间产生摩擦力使输送带不打滑,可以通过螺旋拉紧装置调整输送带张力。

       In order that the conveyer belt has certain tension, and will not slip due to the friction generated between the conveyer belt and the transmission drum, screw take-up device can be adopted to adjust the conveyer belt tension.

五、带式给料(煤)机试运 Trial running of (Coal) belt feeding machine

带式给料(煤)机安装结束后,应进行各部分的润滑,并检查各润滑点是否有足够的油量。在无负荷试机前应特别检查电气接线的正确性及机罩内是否有遗留的工具、零件、滚筒是否被卡死。在未开动前应先转动电机轴数转,确信没有阻碍方能启动,首次启动时应随开随停作数次,认为正确良好后,方可正式试运转。

After the installation of (Coal) belt feeding machine, it is necessary to lubricate each part, and to check the sufficiency of oil at each lubricating point. Before no-load trial running is conducted, it is important to check whether the electric lines are connected accurately, whether there is any tool or spare part left in the hood, and whether the drum is jammed. Before starting the running, one shall make motor shaft conduct several rotation, and see if there is any obstruction. If no, start the feeding and repeat the start and stop for several times when running it for the first time. The belt feeding can be conduct trial running after confirmation on the good condition.

检查完毕一切正常,进行连续2小时以上的无负荷试机,无负荷试机时应注意观察给料机装配的正确性即:

 If the condition goes all right after the check, no-load trial running shall be conducted for more than 2 hours, when it is vital to observe whether the feeding has been correctly assembled.

运转是否平稳可靠;轴承位不得发生漏油现象;轴承位发热的温升不超过20;各紧固部分不得发生松动;空转功率不得超过额定功率的30%。

Check whether the operation is smooth, whether there is any oil leakage at the positions of bearings, whether the heat of the positions of bearings causes more than 20 of temperature rise, whether any fastened part gets loose, and whether the idle capacity is 30% higher than the rated power.

观察皮带的跑偏情况;消除无负荷试机中发现的一切缺陷后,方可进行负荷试机。

Observe the deviation of belt. After all defects, detected in no-load trial running, are eliminated, load trial running can be conducted.

负荷试机的加料应按照操作规则进行,并实侧给料机的输送量。

Feed material according to Operation Specifications when conducting load trial running, and measure the conveying capacity of the feeding machine.

在负荷试机时,应校核下列数值:电机实际功率不得超过额定功率。       各轴承发热的温升不得超过30。负荷试机应进行8小时左右,在试机过程中,若给料机有卡滞现象时应立即停机排除,不得强行运转。

When conducting load trial running, check the following values: actual power of the motor (shall be less than rated power)       Temperature rise caused by the heat of each bearing (shall be 30 or less) The load trial running shall last for about 8 hours. Under trial running, stop the feeding immediately if there is any place jammed, and eliminate the stagnation, under which no forced running is allowed.

还应注意:启动和停止时,拉紧装置工作正常,胶带无打滑现象;胶带运行平稳,跑偏不应超出托辊和滚筒的边缘;不得刮伤胶带和不允许的磨擦现象存在;上煤时,全部托辊应转动灵活;联锁和各事故按钮应工作良好。

       Note: When starting or stopping the feeding, one shall ensure normal operation of take-up devices, no slip on the rubber belt, and smooth operation of rubber belt. It is also necessary to ensure that the deviation is within the rim of idler and drum, that there is no scoring on the rubber belt or forbidden friction, that all idlers are flexible in turning when coaling, and that interlocking parts and each emergency button are in good condition.

六、操作规程 Operation Specification

当在使用给料(煤)机时,应按照下列步骤进行:

When using (Coal) belt feeding machine, follow the following procedures:

1.开机前的准备工作:

1. Preparation before starting the feeding:

(1)检查所有电线、开关是否完好,所有的电气元器件绝缘良好,并在高温、潮湿、尘大的环境中正常工作

(1) Check whether all electric wires and switches are in good condition, whether all electrical components are in full insulation, and whether the components can work normally under high temperature, damp and dusty environment.

(2)检查各紧固件是否松动;

(2) Check whether any fastened part is loose

(3)检查各润滑点是否按规定加足润滑油;

(3) Check whether each lubricating point added sufficient lubricating oil according to specification

(4)螺栓是否卡住。

4Whether the bolts are jammed.

2.为防止过载启动,必须保证空载启动给料机,即在机壳内无输送物料时启动。

2. In order to avoid starting the feeding with overload, one shall ensure that the feeding is started with no load, i.e. when there is no material in the cabinet.

3.给料机必须在卸净料后再停机,以保证下次空载启动。

   3. Stop the feeding after it dumps all the materials, so that it can be started under no-load condition next time.

4.给料机加料应当均匀,以免造成物料积塞。

4. Evenly add materials to the feeding, so as to avoid contragradation.

5.被输送的物料内不得混入坚硬的大块物料,以免造成皮带的损坏。

5. No hard bulk material is allowed in the conveyed materials, so as to avoid damaging the belt.

6.使用中应经常检查给料机各机件的工作状态,注意各紧因零件是否松动。

6. Constantly check the working condition of each components of the feeding machine when using it, and see if any fastened parts loose.

7.给料机在运转时机罩不得无故取下,以免发生事故。

7. To avoid accident, one shall not take down the cabinet without cause, when the feeding machine is under operation.

七、维修与养护 Repair and maintenance

1.维护 Maintenance

皮带给料(煤)机的保养宜采用三级保养制,其具体内容如下:

The maintenance of (Coal) belt feeding machine adopts three level service system:

(1)例行保养:

 Routine service:

a.带式给煤机作为翻车机受煤斗配煤用,煤中的杂物可能造成带式给煤机的损坏,在翻车机受煤斗上部应装有篦子,翻车机翻卸完煤后,运行人员应将留在篦子上的杂物捡出,如果将杂物捅进煤斗则会造成皮带的损坏和堵煤,影响卸车。

a. Belt feeding is to blend coal as coal receiving hopper of the tipper. The foreign materials in the coal may damage the belt feeding, thus dandruff comb shall be installed on the top of the coal receiving hopper of the tipper. The operator shall pick out the foreign materials after the tipper dumps the coal. The foreign materials entering the coal receiving hopper will damage the belt and form blockage, so that the dump is influenced.

b.注意胶带的松劲程度并及时调整,皮带过松容易打滑,过紧则影响寿命。皮带跑偏会使侧边磨损加剧,同时会造成煤落入第二层皮带,使尾部滚筒卷煤以致拉断皮带。

b. Check the tightness of rubber belt and conduct timely adjustment. Loose belt may cause slip, and too tight belt may influence the operating life. Belt deviation may cause great abrasion to the sides, and may let the coal fall on the second layer of the belt, so that the stern barrel may draw in coal and pull the belt apart.

c.为避免皮带受到物料的冲击,保护皮带不被损坏和延长使用寿命,不要将料斗拉空。(保持料斗中存有一定量的煤)

c. In order to avoid impact brought by material to the belt, and to avoid damage, so as to prolong the service life of the belt, one shall not allow the hopper empty. (A certain amount of coal shall remain in the hopper)

d.经常注意带式给料(煤)机是否有杂物卡住,定期地对滚筒、减速机及各轴承注油,注意对开式齿轮的检查,迁出装置的检查及维护工作,以保证设备安全与完好运行。

d. Constantly check whether any foreign materials jam the (Coal) belt feeding machine, and periodically lubricate the drum, reductor and each bearing. Examine the exposed gear, and check and maintain the removed device, so as to ensure the safety and sound operation of the equipment.

e.保持给料机工作环境的清洁,机身和驱动装置应定期加以擦拭,以保持清洁。

e. Keep the working environment of the feeding machine clean. Maintain the body and the drive device clean by periodically cleaning them.

f.检查各联接部分的螺栓是否松动、脱落或剪断。

f. Check whether the bolt at each linking part gets loose, comes out, or has been broken.

g.各润滑点的润滑油是否足够。

g. Check whether the lubricating oil at each lubricating point is sufficient.

(2)一级保养 First level service

当给料机连续运转三个月后,应进行一次检查保养,检查它的完整情况。

Check on the service after the feeding has ran continuously for three months, so as to master its condition.

a.清洗驱动装置,在轴承座内加入润滑脂。

a. Clean the drive device, and add grease to the bearing pedestal.

b.检直接近开关是否灵活,感应点是否良好。

b. Check whether the approach switch is flexible, and whether the induction spot is in good condition.

c.清扫和干燥电动机。

c. Clean the motor down and make it dry.

(3)二级保养 Second level service

当给料机使用满一年时必须进行一次彻底的修理,并更换部分零件。

One year after using the feeding, one shall conduct extensive maintenance, and replace some components.

机壳、机盖上的油漆若脱落过多,应铲去、整形、并重新漆新。

If the much of the paint on the cabinet or the cover comes out, it is necessary to shovel it away, reshape and repaint.

拆开电动机、检查相线和相线问的绝缘,凡绝缘不到50万欧姆者,必须查出原因,加以修复。

Dismantle the motor and check the insulation between phase lines. Check the reasons of the lines, the insulation of which is less than 500,000 ohm, and repair them.

拆开接近开关进行清洗、检查和校正。

Dismantle the approach switch. Clean, check and correct it.

检查、修理或更换磨损的零件和部件,如:轴承座、传动轴等。

Check, repair or replace the worn parts and components, such as bearing pedestal and drive shaft.

全部工作完成后,需进行试运转。

Conduct trial running after all that work is finished.

2.润滑 Lubrication

驱动装置的减速器每年换油。

Change oil of the redactor in the drive device annually.

轴承座与传动轴之间加入润滑脂炉滑。加入量以轴承内空间体积的23为宜。

Add grease between the bearing pedestal and the drive shaft. Add grease with the size equaling to 2/3 of the bearing space.

以上加油时间仅系最低限度规定,具体时间须视机械运转情况加以灵活掌握。

The time to apply oil is the minimum, and specific time shall suit with the operating condition of the machine.

第二章  带式给煤机电控柜操作说明

Chapter II Operating instructions to the electronic control cabinet of (Coal) belt feeding machine

一、电控柜功能概述 Introduction to the electronic control cabinet

带式给煤机电控柜负责控制给煤机皮带的速度,是输煤系统中的重要设备。电控系统中变频器采用台达B系列(矢量控制机械负载)460VAC电压等级的产品。空气开关、接触器、热继电器均采用施耐德系列产品,其它继电器、按钮开关、指示灯等电器均采用国内名优产品;用上述器件组成的电控系统,工作可靠性高、使用寿命长。控制电源用220VAC(415VAC/220VAC变压器降压)电源供电,经过保险丝指示板到各路负荷。还有24VDC直流电源,经过保险丝指示板到各路24VDC直流负荷。操作面板上设有动力电源指示灯,数字电压、电流表,电机转速表,电机速度给定电位器,控制电源(220VAC)指示灯、电控系统各种工作状态指示灯和故障指示灯(详见电控图纸 1:带式给煤机操作面板布置图),便于操作人员随时了解给煤机设备的工作状况

Electronic control cabinet of (Coal) belt feeding machine controls the belt speed of the feeding machine, and is thus important equipment in the coal handling system. The frequency changer in the electric control system adopts the products of Delta B series (vector control mechanical load) with 460 VAC voltages. Air switch, contactor and thermo switch all adopt Schneider series products. Other appliances, such as relay, button switch, and indicator must use national famous products. The electric control system composed of the above appliances has high reliability and long service life. Power source of 220VAC (decompressed with transformer of 415VAC/220VAC) supplies for the control power, and reaches each load through the fuse indicator.24VDC direct current reach 24VDC direct current load through fuse indicator. On the operation panel are lamp of power supply, digital voltage, current indicator, spin counter of motor, motor potentiometer with given value, display lamp for control power (220VAC), display lamp for all working conditions in the electric control system, and display lamp for malfunction [for the detail see the drawing for electric control: Diagram 1 Control panel arrangement drawing for (Coal) belt feeding machine], so that the operator can master the working condition of the feeding machine at any time.

该电控系统可以在电控柜上操作,也可以由远程控制;并提供了供程控PLC采集控制柜信息的无源触点信号和2路模拟量信号,在程控室也可以调节电机转速,信号的具体内容和程控控制方式详见电控图纸( 7:带式给煤机和程控室通信电路原理图)。

This electric control system can be operated on electronic control cabinet, or by remote control. It also provides passive contact signal and two channel imitation signal for programme control PLC to collect information on control cabinet. It is possible to adjust the speed in the Programme Control Room. For the detail of signal and program control method see the drawing of electric control [Diagram 7: Communication circuit diagram for (Coal) belt feeding machine and Programme Control Room]

电控系统具有双重驱动功能,正常工作时,由变频器驱动,电机转速可调;万一变频器出现故障时,可工频驱动,转速不可调。

The electric control system has double driven function. Under normal working condition, it is driven by frequency changer, and the motor speed is adjustable. When the frequency changer has malfunction, power frequency is adopted, and the motor speed is nonadjustable.

二、操作方法 Operating Instructions

动力电源接通后,将箱内的3相总空开(QF0)接通,3个动力电源指示灯亮。再把QF3空开接通,控制电源(220VAC)指示灯亮,QF54空开接通,24VDC电源有电,再把变频器电机主回路3相空开QF2接通,准备工作结束。将总控钥匙开关顺时针旋转90度,面板数字电压、电流表,电机转速表工作,相对应的指示灯亮。然后选择驱动方式,正常工作时,选择变频器驱动,将“驱动方式选择”钥匙开关逆时针旋转90度,“变频器驱动”指示灯亮,驱动方式选择完成;同时,接触器KM1,KM2吸合,变频器动力电源接通,过几秒钟后,“变频器驱动完成”指示灯亮,变频器驱动完成,给煤机可以工作。需要就地操作时,将“就地远程操作选择”转换开关旋到向左的位置。就地操作方式被选中,就地操作指示灯亮。调节“转速给定”旋钮,给定一个转速值。在操作面板上可以按“变频器启动”按钮,给煤机工作,“变频器工作”指示灯亮。需要停止时,按“变频器停止”按钮,给煤机停止工作。

After connecting the power supply, connect the 3-phase control air switch (QF0), and three display lamps for power supply turn on. Connect QF3 air switch, the display lamp of control power (220VAC) turns on. Connect QF54 air switch, then power of 24VDC has electric current. Connect 3-phase air switch QF2 on the main circuit of frequency changer motor. The preparation ends. Perform a 90 clockwise rotation on the master key switch, the digital voltage, current indicator, spin counter of motor on the panel start to work, and the corresponding display lamps turn on. Choose driving means. Under normal working condition, choose drive with frequency changer. Perform a 90 counterclockwise rotation on the key switch of “selecting driving means”, then the display lamp for “frequency changer drive” turns on, and the selection of driving means is finished. Contactor KM1 and KM2 pick up, and the power supply of frequency changer is connected. Several seconds later, the display lamp for “accomplishment in driving frequency changer” turns on, frequency changer is driven, and the feeding can start to run. When operation shall be conducted on the spot, turn the switch of “choosing local/ long-distance operation” to the left. Means of local operation is chosen, and the display lamp for local operation turns on. Adjust the button of “speed”, and set a value for the rotational speed. Press the button of “starting frequency changer” on the operation panel, the feeding start to run, and the display light for “frequency changer working” turns on. When stopping the work of the feeding, push the button of “stopping frequency changer”, and the feeding machine stops.

有紧急情况需要停车时,按“急停”按钮,给煤机停止工作。需要再工作时,必须将“急停”按钮拔出到相应的位置,否则,给煤机不能启动。当防止他人启动时,可将“急停”按钮按下。

When stopping the feeding for emergency, push the button of “emergency stop”, and the feeding machine stops working. When restarting the work, one shall pull out the button of “emergency stop" to corresponding place, or else the feeding cannot be started. It is good to push the button of “emergency stop”, so as to prevent others starting the feeding machine.

当需要在程控室控制时,将“就地/远程操作选择”开关旋到向右位置,“远程操作”指示灯亮,这时,电控柜中的“变频器启动”、 “变频器停止”按钮不起作用,由远程控制信号控制, (详见电控图纸图7:带式给煤机和程控室通信电路原理图)。由远程控制时,给煤机是否工作等信息,程控都能收到(当电控柜工作在就地方式时,上述信息程控也能收到)。

 When the control shall be conducted in Programme Control Room, turn the switch of “choosing local/long-distance operation” to the right, the display light for “long-distance operation” turns on. The buttons of “starting frequency changer” and “stopping frequency changer” do not work, and everything is controlled by long-distance control signal. [For the details see Diagram 7: Communication circuit diagram for (Coal) belt feeding machine and Programme Control Room]When conducting long-distance control, the programme controller can receive information, like whether the feeding machine works (when electronic control cabinet is under the mode of local operation, programme controller can also receive the above information).

当变频器出现故障,需要工频控制时,将“驱动方式选择”钥匙开关顺时针旋转180度,“工频驱动”指示灯亮。可以选择“就地操作”和“远程操作”。若选择“就地操作”,按“工频启动”按钮,给煤机工作,“工频工作”指示灯亮。需要停止时,按“工频停止”按钮,给煤机停止工作。远程操作同前一样。

When the frequent changer has malfunction, and power frequency is required, perform 180 clockwise rotation to the key switch of “selecting driving means”, then the display lamp of “power frequency driving" turns on. “Local operation" and “long-distance operation" can be chosen. If “local operation" is selected, push the button of “starting with power frequency”, then the feeding machine starts to run, and the display lamp for “power frequency working” turns on. When stopping the work of the feeding machine, push the button of “stopping power frequency”, and the feeding machine stops. Long-distance operation is the same with local one.

带式给煤机常工作时,当出现“变频器故障”,“电机过载”,“堵煤故障”,“重跑偏故障”上述故障之一时,给煤机停止,并给出故障信号。故障排除后,方能再次启动。否则,不能启动工作。

When the feeding machine works under normal condition, one of the malfunctions, “malfunction in frequency changer”, “motor overload”, “blockage" and “deviation", occurs to the feeding machine, it is necessary to stop the feeding machine and to send signal of fault. Start the feeding machine after eliminating the fault. Or else, it is forbidden to start operating.

三、安装注意事项 Matters concerning installation

检查电控柜中的所有接线是否有松动的,拧紧后接入负荷投入工作。

Check whether any line in the electronic control cabinet is loose, connect it with load after getting it fastened, then the cabinet can start operation.

千万注意,变频器的动力线,输入和输出不能接反,否则变频器损坏。

Note: The power lines of frequency changer cannot get connected to wrong input or output lines, or else the frequency changer will be damaged.
